Refund Policy
We are confident that you will be happy with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us at orders@glowbaby.ca within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Glow Baby will not be responsible for shipping charges for returns and we do not refund shipping costs.
If you have received a product damaged in transit we will send out a replacement product at no cost to you.
